What is Premium Burl Cork?
Premium burl cork has smaller pieces of cork for brighter, more consistent color throughout the material. There will be no surprise large pieces of cork hiding inside to take color away from your inlay or accent.
Premium burl cork is currently available in the following colors:
Blue Premium Burl, Green Premium Burl, Light Red Premium Burl
Reddish Brown Premium Burl, Black Premium Burl, Purple Premium Burl, Tiger Trout Premium Burl
*Please note that indoor light will change the color of the rings, it is most noticeable on the blue color.*
Premium burl cork adds more color without adding more weight. This is not rubberized material that you are used to seeing that add more color and double the weight. The following pictures show the comparison of a few different grades of cork to show the weight differences:
